At the Law Offices of Paul Gertz, P.C., we help secure proper medical care for our clients by acting as a liaison between the client and the medical providers. We do this by coordinating our clients' medical care with the appropriate medical providers during the course of the client's claim and/or lawsuit.
As we have been in the valley for over five years, we are familiar with and have a working relationship with the medical providers in the area, and we know which doctor specializes in a particular field. Therefore, we are confident in our referrals to medical providers who can provide the best medical care.
We understand that doctor visits can be expensive and we are willing to work with our clients in some cases by paying those medical expenses, if necessary. We do this in a couple of different ways: by issuing a letter of protection (a financial guarantee for payment to the medical provider on the client's behalf,) by assisting the client's insurance company in recouping at settlement medical payments made on the client's behalf under their insurance policy, and in some cases by pre-paying for a doctor's appointment.
We want to make sure that our clients receive the medical attention needed by the right medical specialist and that victims of accidents do not suffer because they cannot afford medical care.
